1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
Products that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address for shipping.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (you will be asked to provide your account details securely).
- If your return is not approved, we will notify you with reasons.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Clearance or final-sale items (unless damaged)
